How To Decide Who Gets The Master Bedroom

How do you determine who gets the chief sleeping room when living with a roommate?

So me and my cousin are moving in together. Nosotros can't come to a agreement who go's the chief because I want it and she wants information technology.I don't wanna do the flip a money or pull a bill of fare out of a hat. What are some other ways we can decide?

Are you lot both on the lease? If only ane of you is, then that person gets it.

Is either one of yous paying more than the other? If and so, then that person gets it.

Who has more than stuff? That person gets it.

Do either of you have a boyfriend that will be staying with you? If merely one of you lot does, that person gets it.

Which one could boot the others' ass? That person gets it :D

If you can't come up with some objective fashion to decide it, and then you're just going to take to either sit downwards and talk about it, with i of you lot sacrificing the room for something else in return. Or flip a coin. You could ever take it for half the lease, then move your furniture around and let her take it the other half simply that's kind of a lot of work.

  Yea I have been reading whoever pays about or brings more furniture.Well my name will be on the lease considering her credit is bad. I will supply all piece of furniture all but her chamber . But it will exist equal rent payed.

Since she's not on the lease, she can technically leave whenever she wants without issue (unless you two sign some kind of agreement). That kind of ability for her should be countered by y'all making at least some of the rules to living there.

  I totally agree. But a part of me feels bad for putting her in the smaller room. Considering she volition think that I'm throwing it in her face for having more and paying more than. A role of me wishes I would have continued to presue living lonely. But its a new metropolis so I didn't want to be totally alone
